Nice ambience, but the waiter cheated us off for € 10. Noticed too late.

It was pretty busy in the morning, but it was pleasant and not too crowded. The service was still relatively quick (for the fact that it was so busy) and has remained very friendly. The coffee was normally good, as was the ice cream. Normal milk ice cream, but a bit more intense in taste than normal. The lemon ice cream was too sour for me personally.

Nice selection of ice cream flavors, delicious too. Personnel sympathetic. Prices tend to be high, the size of the things ordered tends to be smaller. The decoration and the topping of the ice cream cups are not so attractive. So please order ice cream to go. 👍🏼

The service was very uncoordinated, that was better. The flatbread is so thin that it tastes like a dry bun. Much too expensive for that. Ice was also much better in the past.

Very nice place in Ettlingen, right by the castle, large selection of snacks, ice cream sundaes and drinks ... I highly recommend the iced teas with a scoop of ice cream

Very nice Italian café, where you can get a large selection of delicious cakes, as well as small warm dishes, soups and many delicious salads all day long from around 9 a.m. to around 8.30 p.m. in a nice, friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is especially famous for its breakfast, where the people of Ettlingen meet for breakfast and in the afternoon for coffee and cake. The location is first class at the small market fountain at the entrance to Ettlinger Schloss. When the weather is nice, sitting outside is pure pleasure. The prices are fair and the staff under the boss Eva is very friendly and courteous. In addition, the restaurant has a large, real, clean, handicapped accessible toilet, which you can use without having to consume anything.

Ice cream was delicious, unfortunately the order did not come as requested. The wait staff did not feel that clear. Very long waiting times and in between was not even asked if you wanted something or something was missing.

Very tasty ice cream. We got our sundaes very quickly and the waitresses were very friendly.

Great ice cream. Unfortunately we had bad luck with the operation. Didn't feel like it and wasn't exactly friendly. At the next table the cake was pushed onto an older gentleman as he passed the table. No please, no thanks. Ergo: no tip.

Good choice of ice cream

Unfortunately, in the evening, when the temperatures were cold, I couldn't use the beautiful outdoor area and had to go to the crowded and noisy guest room. We could hardly communicate acoustically. The cake was good, coffee was lukewarm. I'll be back when the weather is nice ...

The café is located near the castle entrance so you have a nice view while sitting outside and the inside is cozy. The cake and coffee were really good.

Nothing much to differentiate it from other cafes limited cake choices but has a big outdoor area and close to Karlsruhe's major tourist attraction - the Schloss (castle)

Nicest waitress in town her name is Anke. She is very friendly and efficient that makes a good breakfast even better. Breakfast is mix and match so you can choose what you like, always fresh rolls and lovely cakes.

I ordered cake at the counter, the last piece of Tiramisu. The server put it on a plate and told me to get a table. The cake will be brought to me. I waited 5 minutes and asked the server about my cake. Eventually, about 10 minutes later, someone came to tell me that they had given the cake to someone else. I guess that one they noticed the mistake they just decided to ignore me until I asked repeatidly. Horrible service, do not go there!
